Cancellation Conditions

Unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing:
Deposit is due upon booking.
Cancellation costs up to 30 days before arrival = 30% of the total price (excluding local taxes and final cleaning) Cancellation costs from 30 days before arrival = 100% of the total price (excluding local taxes and final cleaning)
If you have paid in advance, the difference will be refunded to you.

Payment Methods
If you book early: bank transfer.
For short-term bookings: deposit/payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover) or, upon request, bank transfer with transfer confirmation sent by email.

Arrival & departure times
On the arrival day agreed upon in the booking, the regular arrival time is from 4:00 p.m
and on the day of departure the regular departure time is possible until 9:00 a.m.
OTHER TIMES ARE OF COURSE POSSIBLE AFTER PRIOR ARRANGEMENT WITH US (an additional charge may be required).
If the agreed arrival and departure times are missed, significant additional costs may be incurred (e.g. because we have to prepare the accommodation for the next guests in time, our staff needs to wait, the accommodation and its facilities are used for an unauthorized longer period of time,...)
